Refund policy

RETURNS

A 30-day return policy - you have 30 days to "Request a return" from the day the tracking shows "delivered".

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.

To initiate the return, you can contact us at info@eco-spire.comstating the Order No, pictures(if applicable), and reason for the return. If the request is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label, along with the necessary instructions.

Note: Items returned to us without pre-authorized return request will not be accepted. Further, reasons such as, wrong item ordered or "changed mind", we reserve the right to charge 20% from your refund. Shipping charge, if applicable is non refundable.

 

DAMAGES, EXCHANGES AND ISSUES

Contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and process as needed.

 

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLES

Items on “Sale” or gift cards are non return/refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once the return is received and inspected, you will get notified. If approved, refund will be applied on your original payment method. Usually within 3-5 business days refunds will reflect on your statements, however, it can differ according to your financial institution.
